ARE THE ITEMS AUTHENTIC?
All FCTRYCREW merchandise are “UNAUTHORIZED PRODUCTS”, meaning that they are 99.99% the same as the authentic products, as they are manufactured with the same materials and same technology by the tie-1st factories that are authorized by well-known brands (like NIke, Adidas, Gucci, etc. ). The authorized factories will usually produce 2-5 times more stocks than their received orders, and the leftover stocks are purchased by companies like ours.
Why are the products at such a low price?
We get the products directly from the factories without any cost resulting from middle men and brand premium. And we never launch any ads on social media but just drive sales from communities.
Are the photos of the shoes real?
Yes. All the product photos are real, and they were taken by us. The lighting we use to photograph the product, and the colors displayed by your screen may make the colors appear slightly different on your device than the actual product. Our colors however match the authentic product. Although the shoes from our website are not unauthorized, the products are 99.99% identical to the authentic products.
ARE YOUR ITEMS NEW?
FCTRYCREW only sells totally new items in an unworn and in pristine condition.
Can you send me more pictures of the shoes?
Yes. You can go to our website for more details as all our product photos are taken by us personally so they are authentic. You can also contact our sales representatives for more details.
How do I know what size to choose?
All our shoes are manufactured at the same sizes as the ones shown on the brand's official website. If you still aren’t sure about your sizing after viewing the web site, you could go to an actual store to try them on, and then choose the most suitable from our website.
For Yeezy, we suggest you go a half size higher. As Yeezy sneakers are manufactured at relatively smaller size than other sneakers.
Are your Yeezy equipped with the Boost Technology?
Yes. All our Adidas sneakers are equipped with the Boost Tech, just as the authentic ones, as they are made from the same materials and apply the same technology. Our sneakers are manufactured by the same factories that are authorized by the well-known original brand.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Simply log in to your account to view the latest status. You can also utilize the Order Status link in your order confirmation email to keep track of the order as it moves along our processes. Also once the order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking details so you know when to expect the delivery.
You can trace your parcel by visiting the courier's online tracking system and please note that it might take up to 24-48 hours for the courier to update the shipment status after the order is picked up.

WILL I BE ABLE TO EXCHANGE MY PURCHASE FOR ANOTHER SIZE?
Yes, size exchange is available under the condition that the item(s) is unused and still have the FCTRYCREW tags attached.
A request for exchange can be made within 30 days of the delivery date. Please state the exchange reason and your desired size when contacting our customer service team.
WHAT IF THE PRODUCT I RECEIVED ARE DEFECT OR NOT THE PRODUCT I ORDERED?
YES. At FCTRYCREW, 30-day Free Return is guaranteed for damaged items. If you received the damaged items or the received items are not you ordered, plz contact support@fctrycrew.com and attach your image proof for money return.

How can I pay for my purchases?

Do FCTRYCREW accept credit card payment or Paypal?
- Since our products are not authorized by the vendor brands, the ordinary payment gateway and Paypal are not able to be connected to our marketplace, as there's a possibility that these gateway may ban our account and result in operating loss.

WHERE DOES FCTRYCREW SHIP FROM?
Our products are mainly shipped from Vietnam, Thailand and China. We connect to all authorized manufacturers in South Asia.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO AND HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?
We ship worldwide. Please visit our shipping info page for the countries we ship to and the shipping fees.

HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME?
Orders are shipped from our warehouse center within 4 to 10 business days from the date of the order placed. Once the shoes are shipped, you will be issued with a tracking number to check the progress of your order.

WHY HASN'T MY ORDER SHIPPED OUT?
Please note that there is a processing time within 1 - 3 days before the order is shipped to you. The processing time of an order varies as your item will first need to be shipped from our retailer partners to our quality control centers.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You have the option to cancel the order given that the order has not yet been shipped out (tracking number not yet updated).

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER AN ORDER IS PLACED?
Once the order has been placed, we are not able to modify your shipping address.
However, if you believe that there has been a typo or missing information in the shipping address, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.

Returns & Exchanges
HOW DO I RETURN MY PURCHASE?
If you are not satisfied with the good(s) you have received, you have the option to return the goods to us under the following return policy.
- Returns request will only be accepted within 7 days of the delivery date.
- There will be a return handling fee which is 15% of the total transaction payment.
- The buyer will be responsible for all the shipping fee involved (original shipping fee and return postage are non-refundable).
- The goods being returned must be unused and in their original condition with the tags attached.
- Refund will be issued back to original payment method only.
Please contact us before returning us any product(s).
Once the return request is accepted by our team and the return address provided through email, customers must return the item back to us within 7 days with the return tracking number provided.
** Return of goods will not be accepted if the products/ boxes are damaged/ not in their original condition, or if the tags are removed.
